Q: I have registered, but why can’t I upload my designs?

A:Great to have you on board with GraphicMonk.com. Thank you for registering and joining our community of exceptional designers.

Now that you have registered, you must pass our ‘Becoming an Author’ Quiz before you can upload any designs. This quiz is an anti spam protection and also to test your knowledge about the usage policy of the site.

To upload your designs, please Login and then go to My Account and you will find the Upload button on the right hand side.

Q: I upload a file but can’t see it anywhere, is it deleted?

A:Your design is held in a queue to be reviewed by our administrators / moderators. This is to ensure quality of designs on GraphicMonk.com meet a high calibre.

Q: I suggested a price for my design, why was it priced differently?

A:All designs on GraphicMonk are priced only by the Admins / Moderators. This is to ensure a fair pricing policy across the site and also to ensure that the prices on the site reflect in accordance to similar designs that a buyer can purchase from alternative sources. You can always choose to have a Personal and Exclusive License option selected for your designs which will automatically calculate an exclusive license use pricing for your designs.

To opt in for this option, go to Login > Settings > Sale License and make sure you select Personal as well as Full License options and press save.

Q: I can’t put my portfolio designs in my collections, why is that?

A:Collections are just items bunched up in a package where people can buy multiple items all at once. You can save different design files under a collection. E.g. Collection name: ABC COMPANY may include a logo design, business card, corporate identity, font, web site template, etc. Each of these files can also be bought individually by a buyer or as a collection.

Q: Why does my Social Media Settings not work properly?

A: Social Media is a great way to network with other members outside of GraphicMonk. To set the Social Media Profiles correctly, please go to Settings > Social media profiles and for Twitter, please only put your user name e.g. @username. For Facebook, please put only your username or page name. **Do not included the full address like http://twitter.com/#!/@username or http://facebook.com/username**

Q: My designs were returned to me, Why?

A:This means that the design you uploaded either doesn’t meet the high standard of GraphicMonk at this stage, Similar to another Design or needs some adjustments done to the design. Please read the notes sent to you.
